You get what you put in
My day starts with a workout. But it can be a bit of a love hate relationship. I love how I feel after but struggle some mornings to get out of bed, the muscle burn after where I can barely get up the stairs 🤪 But it sets me up for the rest of the day, so every morning I get my butt in gear.
When I started the workout regime, I set out some clear goals:
🎯draw 35lbs comfortably by the end of the summer
💪run my first race by the end of the summer
👗lose 10kg by the end of the summer
But what's the point of all that hardwork if I'm up late at night binge eating carbs? (This happens more than I'd like 🙄)
So I'm making small changes to my diet so that I can see some tangible results. My breakfast this morning.
