Most of you have probably noticed by now that I'm slowly starting to incorporate more fitness; kickboxing exercises into my content. This was one of the many reasons why I choose Instagram to make connections, be inspired and inspired you guys to continue having a positive mindset.
3 years ago I injured my right knees due to work out at the gym. It was swollen and couldn't go back for 6 months but I did manage to overcome with therapy help. Then I was diagnosed with a severe hives called, URTICARIA (extreme crazy hives that destroyed my mental and physical well being) that lasted for another six months. Though there is a treatment for this in case your also suffering from this it's called, XOLAIR (for severe hives and ashma). ____
Moving forward, here I am kicking it and loving every learning from @fightfitness
Now I just want to take this moment that whatever situations your dealing with- we all have challenges in our lives but IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make your life better! Stop blaming others. Stop putting blames on things. It is your responsibility to find what you enjoy doing and take actions that'll make you a better person! #positivemindset
