First try at homemade cinnamon rolls 😛😛 my mum clearly doesn’t respect the gram hustle and ate one before I got a pic 🧐 How I made them ⬇️⬇️ I really wish I filmed it, next time I will :( •For the dough I used one cup of plain flour and one cup of self raising, don’t ask why this was all trial and error 😂 •I melted two tablespoons of vegan butter and half a cup of soya milk in a pan and added it to the flour •I then added a little sachet of yeast and mixed together (I got a pack of little sachets from home bargains) •Once it stuck together I took it out the bowl and knead for a few minutes •Put back in the bowl and cover it with cling film or foil and then put it in the fridge for an hour for the yeast to active and it should double in size •Once out the fridge roll the dough out •leave that and make the filling for the cinnamon rolls •This part was really easy, heat sugar, cinnamon and a tablespoon of vegan butter. I didn’t measure the sugar and cinnamon I just eyeballed that bit •Add this to the flattened dough and then roll the dough into a sausage shape •Cut the long roll into slices and put in a dish •Oven then til done then wollah 🍄I think topped with with a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top too but you could make your own icing etc 😁

Vegan quinoa mushrooms and edamame bean stew 💚 This is at least twenty different ingredients thrown all together to get the amazing flavour and colour out 👌 I cook these in batches and make sure to have it for couple of days because It's a soul food 🙌 To make your base you want to chop and fry half of white onion and squeeze in some garlic. Add in a tin of chopped tomatoes and some beetroot ketchup or beetroot pure, transfer it all into a bigger pot if you haven't done so already. Add vegetable stock. Then start adding in your ingredients and spices. Spices: cumin, celery, chilli paste, agave syrup, ginger, coriander, caraway seeds. Ingredients: Quinoa and red rice first, black turtle beans, fresh chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, asparagus, chopped baby corn, Cashew nuts, celery, pumpkin, edamame beans, and few tbsp of coconut flour. Lastly add in some full fat coconut milk and let it simmer for about 5minutes on a slow heat before serving. So ists definitiv unkomplizierter 🙈 Was füllt ihr denn gerne in Paprikas, Zucchinis und Co.? ☺ Gefüllte Paprika/Zucchini (4 Portionen): 🔹4 Zucchini 🔹Ca. 200g Basmatireis 🔹2 Möhrchen 🔹1 Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe 🔹200g Erbsen (Tk) 🔹200g Frischkäse 🔹2 Eier 🔹100g Gouda geraspelt 🔹Gewürze: Salz, Pfeffer, Paella Gewürz @spice_bar, Madras Curry @spice_bar ➡Paprika aushöhlen und waschen. Reis kochen. Gemüse schnibbeln und anbraten. Würzen und den Reis hinzugeben. Eier  einrühren. Dann in und um die Paprika/Zucchini in eine Auflaufform füllen. My family said it was so healthy it works for breakfast too 😄 hmmm #cakeforbreakfast WHAT YOU NEED: ⁣ ⁣ 🦄 2 ½ cups lightly packed almond flour⁣ ⁣ 🦄 2 teaspoons baking powder⁣ ⁣ 🦄 ½ teaspoon kosher salt⁣ ⁣ 🦄 1 cup Culina Plain and Simple Yogurt ⁣ ⁣ 🦄 ½ cup sugar⁣ ⁣ 🦄 2 eggs⁣ ⁣ 🦄 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣ ⁣ 🦄 ½ teaspoon almond extract⁣ ⁣ 🦄 zest of 1 medium lemon⁣ ⁣ 🦄 ¼ cup olive oil + extra to grease pan⁣ ⁣ 🦄 Culina Bourbon Vanilla Yogurt + Apricots for topping ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ HOW TO MAKE:⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.⁣ ⁣ 2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and kosher salt.⁣ ⁣ 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and lemon zest.⁣ ⁣ 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. Slowly fold in the ¼ cup olive oil.⁣ ⁣ 5. Line an 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper and coat lightly with olive oil.⁣ ⁣ 6. Transfer the batter to the pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.⁣ ⁣ 7. Place on a rack in the middle of your preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes (or until the cake is lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean).⁣ ⁣ 8.
