Привет. А что у вас насчёт спорта🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️? Как у вас с ним обстоят дела в карантин🦠? Кто сколько прибавил? ⠀ Даже несмотря на моё состояние сейчас (то выгорание, то просто слабость и усталость😩), спорт я стараюсь сохранять в каждом дне. Вчера возобновила. Отчёты всегда в сториз. Сегодня начинаю челлендж 30 дней тренировок (любых).🎯 ⠀ Как вы уже поняли, мой верный помощник - игровая приставка Wii. Только я не играю в бродилки/ходилки/шутеры. Я занимаюсь физически. Йога, спорт, танцы, даже медитация. Плюс отдельно стриппластика по вечерам (моя женская энергия очень просела в последнее время, всеми методами поднимаю). 5 занятий прошла, потом забросила, надо опять возобновить. ⠀ У меня диски для активной игры такие: - Wii sports - Wii sports resort - Wii fit - Just dance - Your shape ⠀ Курс по стрип-пластике - от Пилецкой. Ещё иногда могу на мини степпере походить или диванные упражнения поделать. ⠀ Показать подробнее может какие игры помогают мне сохранять физическую активность притом что на улицу я выхожу раз в два-три дня на полчаса возле дома?

🏋🏻🏡Home vs gym🏡🏋🏻 . Since being able to go back to the gym I've realised how valuable home training can be! During lockdown I had 2 different dumbell weights, one heavy dumbell, one plate & one kettle bell and managed to make more progress than I've made during months at the gym during other periods. For all those not able to access their gyms currently do not despair! These are the top Pros to working out at home in my opinion.... 🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡 1️⃣A 40 minute workout is actually 40 minutes. At minute 41 I can be in the kitchen or the spa. Bingo. 2️⃣No time spent setting up equipment or dithering between machines. 3️⃣I love a good chit chat way too much and if you spend a certain amount of your days on the gym it's impossible not to bump into someone you know every time you go right?! While this results in great chat it's another session extender which doesn't increase the workout results. Unless the gossip is SERIOUSLY top end 😂. 4️⃣No chance of forgetting your headphones /gloves /water botttle /towel. If there's something to forget chances are I've forgotten it. 5️⃣There's noone around to hear grunting, swearing or any small motivational talks which may be required at any time. These are of course most effective when spoken out loud. . BACK PAIN RELIEF by @personaltrainer_turo ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let me tell you a true story. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My friend Karin was one of many suffering from disc prolapse. When I met her, she was also worried about her belly which suddenly appeared like from nowhere. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She started Trampoline Training and that alone helped her a lot. She wanted to do more and get an individual program designed to remove back pain. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She was suspicious if she had time or if she was motivated enough to workout alone from home. Even her husband was doubting her and was sure that this will be nothing for her. Despite that, she made a decision, she did not regret a second, and started Online Training. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After 3 months from start, she is seeing remarkable improvement. With just 20 minutes daily workouts designed specially for her, helped her not only to get pain-free back but amazingly also to lose her belly fat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ These 3 exercises will help you to avoid back pain. . Make these exercises your daily routine and your back will be sooner as you realize pain free. . Aim for 3 sets each exercise. . Remember that every day is not the same, if workout is too hard, you can divide it during the day and do 2-3 couple minute sessions. . Exercises: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Curl Up - Keep your head in neutral position and lift your head, shoulders and elbows just a little bit. Side plank - Focus on keeping your spine straight. Variations depending on your level: Knees on the floor, lower leg behind or both legs together while keeping knees up. Bird Dog - Focus on keeping back in neutral position by not lifting leg or arm too high. Aim for 10 second hold each side. Repeat 6x each side for 3 sets. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . Like this content? Isn’t it incredible what the female body can do? I was almost full-term (38 weeks) pregnant with our first daughter here, little did we know she’d not make an appearance for another 4 weeks 😩 I remember feeling horrendous at this stage, aching all over and being a first-time mum it was such a shock to the system. I definitely took the whole ‘eating for 2’ literally, had awful SPD and at my biggest was almost 13st. I’m only 5ft 2 and a bit, so felt as wide as I was tall 😂 I’m sharing this as I know a lot of #preggo mums will be feeling the same way I did, but I promise you as soon as that little one is here you’ll barely stop anyway so the extra weight should just fall off 😊 Another baby later and 4 years on I’m finally trying to tone up. Exercise has been such a great release for me, whack the music up high and break a sweat!
