Добавила в сторис тренировку bodyweight workout , работаем с весом собственного тела, без оборудования. Задействуем мышцы всего тела. Выполняем по два подхода каждый блок. 30 секунд длительность каждого упражнения. Паузы делаем только между блоками и подходами: 20-30 секунд.
