Hey guys. It is Exercise Right Week this week! That means myself and others are promoting the enormous positive effects of Exercise on the human body and the preventive role it can play in many different conditions and chronic diseases etc.
The theme this year is “Movement is Medicine”. Absolutely true and absolutely appropriate. Swipe over and you’ll see the infographic which says that if Exercise was a pill it would be the most prescribed drug on the planet. Almost as sad as that is, it’s pretty damn close to the truth. Exercise cannot cure every single thing or condition, but there are so many positive benefits that can improve so many people’s conditions of daily living that some form of exercise can be and should be implemented for almost every single person on this planet.
